oops...

I've been dying to get comments from people on my blog, but I put the setting on for members only to leave me a comment! Sorry about that. EVERYONE can leave a comment now :) Work is still good as of late. I'm still thriving in the IT department at the Norton. Tomorrow I get my first paycheck :) I'm going to the Marilyn Manson and Slayer concert and I'll be buying tickets to see the Goo Goo Dolls on August 3rd. I am soo excited! I lost my phone for a day and a half and nearly had a heartattack. I didn't realize how big a part a cell phone played in my life... I thought about changing my phone number sometime soon once I start school. I need a swift kick to get me to read the "summer reading" that I was doing so well on before. The fourth of July is coming up and I have no clue what I want to do... Lois might invite me to come to the 4th on Flagler I don't know who else is coming. Well I'll write later :)

The Norton

So far everthing is awesome. I've worked at the norton on Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues, and today. I also worked at Pizza Girls on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not exhausted but it would be nice to sleep in for once. haha my bedtime is 11:00pm, but I don't know how long that's going to last if I want to start waking up at six instead of seven in the morning. O well I'll work it out. This up coming Friday is my first day off in eight days! I'm excited about all the sleep I probably won't get. but that's what I chose so I can't complain. Working with the IT department at the Norton is fun. They are an awesome group and I feel right at home helping them with the project. I'm basically making a tracking system for all the computers and printers in the ENTIRE museum... :) fun stuff. I'm also observing how tours are done and now I'm not so frightened of the "little people" the way I had been before. I don't know about me being by myself explaining all of Walton Ford's work (which is, by the way, a MUST see), but I think I can grow into showing different art to kids. It would just take some time. Well back to work and I'm sure I'll have more interesting stuff to tell. My next tour is today at 2:00. Well I'll come back soon!

Merely a test

I promised people that I would set up a blog for those who would like to catch up with me in their spare time. Here it is! School starts August 27, but I'm going to be working so all my "great experiences will be posted here from now on. Feel free to comment and I love you all!
